"Peace and quiet with space to relax"
Rio Mar is rightly regarded as a high quality urbanisation. Unlike many of the urbanisations to be found in Spain, Rio Mar offers an abundance of greenery in its gardens and parks and has beautifully maintained pool areas.
It is an urbanisation of low rise properties, all of which are privately owned, many indeed owned by Spanish people who may use Rio Mar for the occasional weekend or holiday. As such, the urbanisation and pool areas are often quiet, even as we move towards high season. There are also a number of permanent residents and we feel that this also helps raise the standard of the urbanisation.
Owing to the close proximity of our properties larger groups of friends, families and golfing parties can easily be catered for.
