Our property in Los Nietos is on the outskirts of the village, situated in a small block, front line to the Mar Menor, right on the beach. Views from the lounge and the balcony stretch across the Mar Menor and its small islands to the skyline of La Manga.
The location is wonderful, having the safe, clear waters of the Mar Menor literally on the doorstep, and yet within a few minutes you can have access to the lively bustle of La Manga. Alternatively, the stunning beauty of Parc Regional Calblanque, with its often deserted sandy beaches and rocky coastline and the pretty harbour of Cabo de Palos, with wonderful fish restaurants, is but a few minutes away. You are also within easy reach of the Roman city of Cartagena and the lovely cathedral city of Murcia . The Costa Calida, and the beaches around Mazarron are also within easy reach.
The air conditioned accommodation offers one double bedroom and one twin bed room, bathroom, kitchen area, large lounge diner and a balcony with patio furniture.
Although the property is virtually on the beach, it also benefits from a pool and is well equipped for your holiday use with the following features as standard:-
Kitchen includes, washing machine, hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, iron & board, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Also available for your use, air conditioning, linen and towels.
Additional facilities include TV and CD/radio/tape player. Private underground parking.
Special notes:
All bedding and towels supplied, but please bring own beach towels. Food pack can be supplied for late arrivals. Please, no smoking inside the property.
